1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Forkseer, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Forkseer is a decision journal operated by Clearway Design LLC. It offers structured questions and framework-based perspectives generated with AI, and lets you record your choices and review how they turned out. You — not the AI — make the decision.
3. Not Professional Advice
Forkseer is not a substitute for professional advice. Its analyses are AI-generated perspectives, not recommendations from a licensed financial, legal, medical, or mental-health professional. Decisions you make remain yours.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through your App Store account, auto-renew until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime in your App Store settings. Subscription status is verified through RevenueCat. The free version includes a limited number of decisions.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not use Forkseer to violate any law, to attempt to disrupt or overload the service, or to reverse engineer it. We may limit or suspend access that abuses the service.
6. Your Content
Your decisions and reflections are yours. We claim no ownership of the content you create. You grant us only the limited right to process it as described in the Privacy Policy — to operate the features you use.
7. Intellectual Property
The Forkseer app, name, and design are the property of Clearway Design LLC. These Terms grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app; they do not transfer any ownership.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Forkseer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated content may be incomplete or wrong.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clearway Design LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Forkseer, including outcomes of decisions you make. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using Forkseer at any time; deleting the app deletes your on-device data. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms; the date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
